If Baluarte is not feasible, I would like to suggest Caleruega Batangas. It's a REALLY REALLY NICE PLACE. Dito kami nagretreat nung high school. Saka okay din ung rates nila dahil may kasama ng meals and snacks. Do check out their website: http://www.dominicans.ph/caleruega/index/index.htm
